These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brian Moreno Research Resources and purchases of our digital educational products.

1. Educational purpose

Our products and website are designed for professional education and scholarly research guidance. They do not provide patient-specific medical advice, legal advice, institutional review board determinations, or guarantees of publication, acceptance, authorship, or academic outcomes.

2. Digital products and pricing

Products are sold as one-time digital purchases unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Prices are displayed before checkout. The Clinical Case Report Starter Kit is currently offered at a founding price of $29 USD as a one-time purchase.

3. Checkout, payment, taxes, and delivery

Paid digital products are processed and delivered through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for applicable transactions. Lemon Squeezy may calculate and collect applicable taxes and provide order receipts and download access. Your checkout is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies.

4. License and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant the individual purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal educational and scholarly purposes. You may edit designated editable templates for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, share publicly, or commercially reproduce the materials or substantially similar derivative products.

5. Patient information and privacy

Do not submit identifiable patient information, protected health information, confidential records, or other sensitive clinical data through this website, our contact forms, or ordinary email. Users are responsible for following applicable institutional, privacy, ethics, consent, and journal requirements when working on real scholarly projects.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law. Refund requests for Lemon Squeezy orders are handled through Lemon Squeezy and/or Brian Moreno Research Resources in accordance with applicable checkout policies and legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Intellectual property

The original text, arrangement, worksheet language, template design, workflow structure, graphics, and other original materials created for Brian Moreno Research Resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. General research methods, reporting standards, journal requirements, and other third-party or public-domain concepts remain the property of their respective owners or are not claimed as proprietary.

8. No guarantee and limitation of responsibility

We aim to provide accurate, practical educational materials, but research standards, journal instructions, institutional policies, and laws can change. You remain responsible for verifying current requirements and exercising professional judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Moreno Research Resources is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the materials.

9. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Netlify, HubSpot, Cloudflare, and Lemon Squeezy. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
